I am down to one small BP med a day and my vitamins. I can remember when I took so many that I kept forgetting. I kept wondering how those pills could remember what they were to do when I put them in my body. I took the time to find out what they were to do and started changing my lifestyle to allow the dr's to let me stop taking them. That made me happy!!!!!

one thing that really helped me was to take them at the same time everyday--even on the weekends. Weekends used to be a disaster--I would sleep late and then forgt everything including my pills. Set a schedule and stick to it!
