Do you use salt or caffeine.
Did your Dr give you guide lines to help you to lower your blood pressure.
I eat all the right foods but never eat raw foods except Fruit, Vegetables and nuts and seeds.
Frankly I have no interest in raw foods but using my tracker and walking a few miles a day I have normal blood pressure and no longer use BP Medications
I am 70 years old.
For Protein I eat cottage cheese, beans and lentils. I never eat processed foods, they are not healthy they usually have way too much sodium in there. I never use cold cuts. I do eat meats and love it but I only eat three ounces as a serving. I only eat cooked fish and steam them in a covered frying pan with a tight lid.
I hope this helps. Do talk to your DR and look on the site for tips to lowering BP. Or foods that lower BP. Exercise to lower Blood pressure. If you take any medications check they do not Make blood pressure higher. Pat in Maine
