to one of my many homes, here in SparkPeople Land!!! You've come the right place for plenty of support, encouragement, challenges, recipes, and taking a good hard look at where you are right now!
The thing I suggest you do first is track, track, and track again, EVERYTHING you put in your mouth!!! That includes those little sneaks of food you take to test taste something, whether you cooked it or somebody else. It all adds up. Don't forget your beverages, too!!! So many of them also have the calories and or sugar that you really don't want or need.
When I first started tracking, I was totally mortified at what I was stuffing in my mouth and allowing to go down my throat. I tried to deny it, but it was staring me right in the face and the proof was there. I knew I needed to do something and do it NOW!!!
I didn't start here, at SP, but when I informed Curves that I would be back, they asked me if I was tracking and I told them yes and mentioned the site. The Curves trainer told me that all the ladies at Curves are here, and that's how I learned about SP and I LOVE IT!!!
SP is a treasure trove of information on any subject you can think of. They educated me big time and they're still educating me, every day, I sign in. There's just so much information and fun to be had here, and where else could you go to get all of this, right in your home for FREE!!! This is a WIN, WIN situation. Ladies, take advantage of what you find on SP, as it will only enhance your lifestyle change, here!
