glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. don't think DIET, think changing the way you live, eat and move. You get breaks, find some of the upper body chair exercise(join that group) take a walk at lunch, bring your own food, remember snacks and drink the water. It works, but you do have to work for it. We are with you all the way.
