Hi Sandy
Thank you for your help I finally worked out how to do it!!
Its taken me weeks of frustration but I can now get a data base of foods
I eat most of the time. It will make recording what I eat so much quicker and easier.

Hi Nancy -- I was going to send you a Spark Mail to answer your question, but I'm not sure what you actually mean about having trouble "verifying" your email -- so I hope you see this ! Could you tell me what exactly is happening with the email ?

As far as entering food in your tracker -- if you mean adding a new food (by clicking where it says "enter a food not listed"), when you click on "save" after the information then that food will be saved in your "favorites" list, in alphabetical order. You need to click on the "favorites" tab, rather than the "search" tab, to see those.

If that isn't what you were asking, please try again -- sometimes I'm a little dense!

I am having problems verifying my email.
Also I'm having problem on the food tracker to add foods permanently to the food tracker.
They seem to add them at the bottom but when you come back into the site next day they are gone.

the easy thing to remember is calories in must be offset by calories burnt off.

my sister walks 15000 steps a day and has lost 105 pounds at age 64. she has kept the weight off for over a year now.
