I always tried to do it on my own in the past and I might lose some and keep it off for a while, but then some thing would happen and I would gain it back and maybe more. This is the first time I decided to count calories and I joined a lot of Online weight loss groups for support. And I am really motivated this time to make it a life style change that I will stick with.
I did them all in my lifetime but this has been the best. The support is phenomenal and the NUTRITION TRACKER never lets me down when I look for a food/ It makes it easy for me to track. I am almost 70 and not great with the computer but I have great support here. Pat in Maine.

Hi, my name is Marca. I decided and started on a life changing food plan. I go to TOPS meetings. I haven't lost any weight over the past year I've gone to them. I have pretty much stayed the same and didn't gain back the 50 pound I lost years back! Our group went to Dickson to a Fall Rally and the state queen was there. She talked about her journey loosing weight. I was able to get to talk to her and she gave me her card. I get on her site and get motivation from her! I have lost 100 lbs. before and I know I can do it again! There are other great sites to search weight loss and great low calorie recipes. I can and you can do this each hour and One Day at a Time!
