Welcome, there are a lot of recipes to get you started here on Sparks. You may want to also join the chair exercises. A small cooler/lunch box may also help. You can take your own meals and snacks. Get on your home page and click on get started. A lot of help and also set up your home page and allow us (under edit) to comment and give you goodies to make friends. My name is Ariana and I am just starting. I have a lot of weight to lose and a tight budget. I work at night so my eating habits need to change. I am physically limited due to a former car accident. I need to lose almost half of my weight. Any suggestions would be helpful on chair exercises, meals on a budget, crockpot meals, and meals outside the home. Even though I know I can not lose the weight over night, I would like to see some results by the end of the year, like about 15 pounds. I am about 335 pounds and need to be around 175-185 pounds. I signed up awhile ago and did nothing on this site, but now I feel that it is time to do something before I have major medical problems. I am hoping that with encouragement, tips, and understanding from the group here, I will achieve my goal and have a healthier life.
