emoticon grab a crock pot, fix it in the morning and come home to a hot, low cost, low calorie meal, that the whole family can enjoy. A salad and a piece of fruit can round out a balanced meal.

my sister lost 105 pounds by walking 15000 steps a day at age 64.

her blood pressure is now 99/59 with no meds.

Im a single mom of 2 a part time CNA and full time nursing student. It's hard for me to find time to workout or learn how to cook healthier meals. I hope spark people can help me get on the path to a healthier life style.
