to one of my homes!!! I thinks it's that after being ill that long, that you want to jump in there and get your life back!!! That lets me know that you're serious about this lifestyle change journey.
The first thing I would suggest is that you track, track, and track again!!! Track every little morsel that you put into your mouth, and then track every step you take, or bend you make, as it's exercise. If you work the plan, the plan will work for you!!! There may be times when you want to throw in the towel, and say, "What's the use!" I'll let you know what the use is, YOUR HEALTHY BODY!!! If you ever need any help in anything, just HOLLER and somebody will be here putting fingers to keyboard and giving you a hand up. Who knows, it might even be me!!!
