Just about all of us have tried every diet and taken every pill made by man. We have to get real and say, what I eat is what I am. There is no magic bullet. Record every thing that you eat and share your successes as well as your failures. We all do, life happens, but we pick ourselves up and go forward. The old I do well during the week, but the weekends are a loser, no longer hold a grip on us this is a 24/7 journey to a healthy lifestyle, glad you ar with us.
