I don't swear off anything....I just don't have it often and I don't have as much. If chips are a big problem for you don't keep a big bag in your home. When you can treat yourself a little bit, get a small single bag of them. For me, I had to go awhile not having those things before I started to allow myself to treat myself because of the temptation but I do pretty good with it now.
