I don't swear off anything....I just don't have it often and I don't have as much. If chips are a big problem for you don't keep a big bag in your home. When you can treat yourself a little bit, get a small single bag of them. For me, I had to go awhile not having those things before I started to allow myself to treat myself because of the temptation but I do pretty good with it now.

NOTE: My weight loss ticker is done up for shorter goals and once reached will change goal weight again.

Before I get started I wanted to clean out my potato chips that I love. I also wanted to make sure I had several days of menus set up and the ingredients to make everything. So 9/11/13 is the day I start. My main problem is sticking with a new way of eating. I always crave things like chips or salty things. How do others do this to not give in or to curb a craving? I myself struggle with this every time I try to start a new way of healthy eating. I am good for about a week then I start to want what I know is not healthy.
