Welcome and it will come use the tracker to track your food and exercise and eat healthier meals use some their suggested meals they are good and healthy and you also will have support stay in touch and YES the older you get the harder it is I am 64 and it is harder than when I was even 50 hang in there though it will come off slowly but it will stay off if you have good habits and by tracking your food and exercise you will see results Best of luck!!! I retired in 2005 from teaching school and lost 20 pounds in the first 6 months. After I got over the initial giddiness of planning my own time, I started gaining weight and am now up 43 pounds.
