You've chosen the healthier route,
I've tried every DIET imaginable, but until I finally realized that this is a lifestyle change, journey, nothing ever happened. I was always yo yoing.
There are so many foods you can choose from, the world is at your feet. I know that my nutrition tracker gives me from 1400 to 1800 calories per day. The way God has taught me to eat, I'm blessed if I can get between 700 and 900 calories. Whenever I try to eat more than that, my stomach revolts big time, and I'm just doubled over, or rolling in the bed, asking God to take the pain away.
I thought that I had to eat a certain amount of calories, or it wouldn't be healthy for me, but every time I tried, my stomach would hurt. I can't say I've never been hungry, as when I have to have blood work done, it's usually fasting, I'm clamoring to get something in my stomach. Other than that, I'm not hungry, and I'm eating in such a healthy way. God showed me my trigger foods, and so many things that I didn't know, until this lifestyle change, journey.
I have faith in you. It may take a bit for you to get in the groove and get use to the NEW way you're feeding your body, but it's oh so WORTH IT!!!
