glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. I am now reduced my BP meds to one and do not have to take any diabetic meds. This AM my count was 100. Losing weight and watching the carbs will do it.

I just joined today and am excited about getting started. I have a goal of losing enough weight to be able to cut back on the amount of medications I take for high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. And to be healthy and fit enough to enjoy being active with my family and especially my 5 grandchildren.
