Hi, my name is Judi. I have suffered from hypertension for around 40 years. Am controlling at this point but want to learn how to keep it that way. I am also under my weight goal but I have a disease which is affected by sodium (minieres disease) and I have to watch it. Need to learn more and felt this team may help. glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. When we have a lot of lose, it sometimes becomes difficult to stay motivate. That when your friends from Sparks help! They help you and you help them. There are days when the scales don't move down, they move up. Just stay connected and you will lose. I have gone from a 3X to a 1X. It does work, it just takes time, we are on a journey not in a race.
