Hi there i am 69 years young and I did it with Spark. The tracker is great. Keeping track of medications is made easier if you can buy a 7 day box to keep them in. Some pharmacies give them away. I leave mine near my breakfast placemat and that way it is literally "UNDER MY NOSE" Pat in Maine

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

Hi my name is Sandy. I'm 67 with about 100 pounds to lose. I started taking meds about 4 months ago. The first 2 I was on water pills then Lisinopril was added. It is finally under control now. I sometimes forget to take my meds so I'm glad you have it as a goal. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
