glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. On the tracker, you can count reg. carbs and also see up a section for low carb diet. there are different carbs. On the right side of the tracker page you can see you daily record of all foods listed on your tracker. That helps me, keep track of the different carbs. You can also add different things, to this daily record. Be careful taking some of the foods from the search sections. Some just have the calorie counts and nothing else. Check the nutritional value before entering them in your tracker, It will take some time, but it does work. You may want to try the Sparks coach.

i am a type 1 insulin dependant diabetic and have been since i was a child,i am currently on an insulin pump and am now dealing with weight gain and trying to count carbs it is very hard for me,i was younger, but i did not totaly ruin my body i am in pretty good shape i think, i just cant figure out how to count these carbs,maby i should just not include them at all in my diet,i do love the pump i just need to learn the carbs,i dont cheat with sweets,i just cant figure out carbs how silly
