That is very scary to have HBP so young. I think that the 1st thing I would do is ask my Dr to refer me to a dietitian, who could see my health info and advise me of a healthy food plan. You can use Sparks to record your food intake and print off that info to give to her/him on each visit, best wishes on your new journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Twenty-three is young to start having blood pressure problems and I know it's scary, but please take the time to evaluate where you are right now and start out by making little changes. They will grow quickly if you stick to it, but starting out with a bang can be too overwhelming.
