i gave up grain,sugar products. lost 44 pounds at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 64 walking 15000 steps a day.

I have a medical need to lose about 130 lbs unable to breathe well and have other issues that are affected by my weight looking for others to help keep me inspired and I will do the same for you thanks
