Welcome. I think those of us with life long weight problems just don't see the warning signs when the calories start to creep up on us. The nutrition tracker is really a big help with that. You know immediately if you're starting to go overboard and can make corrections. Just remember, it's ok to slip as long as you get back up and keep on working at your new life style.
