Welcome. I am 69 years young and am not good with a computer. I am GREAT tracking my food and exercise.

I have type 2 diabetes, there are many ramification's if it is not under control. I had to take medication and that is what brought me to this site from reading the BOOK "the spark "

I was overweight lost 50 pounds. Diabetes, no meds now just eat right and test daily. I had High Blood pressure OFF MEDS and Cholesterol is in control. PLEASE go for it.

Welcome. You have a lot to over come, but it's not impossible. There are several seated exercise routines on this sites fitness videos and more on YouTube. Hope you're healed and on your feet soon.

My name is Kim and I am 50 years old. Many health issues have hit me lately, with the most recent being a broken ankle last December 26 that just would not heal. Finally had to have surgery 4 weeks ago, using a bone graft from my hip. I have just been told I have prediabetes, and that is one road I do not wish to go down. I have gained about 20 pounds since December, mostly due to the inability to really move to get a good workout, and not so smart food choices. I am looking forward to all the good advise from everyone. Thanks for being here for support.
