my sister lost 105 pounds by walking 15000 steps a dat at age 64.

i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products.

Welcome. You might get some dumb bells and do triceps and bicep curls while watching TV. In fact, TV can take your mind off of the pain while you're doing squats and lunges! :-D Good luck.

Hi I'm Gacy,
I'm new to Sparks. I am desperate to lose weight. I've tried numerous diets in the pass and I've had very little success with weight loss. I am hoping joining sparks will help. I am not a great one for exercise and can be a bit of a couch potato . I'm trying to change that lifestyle. Hope to learn from the the Sparks family on how to do that..
