Hello, I'm Carolyn and I'm working on getting healthy, losing the weight I've collected and getting getting into good physical shape again. I think you have to keep a good sense of humor about it all and try to enjoy the journey. Heck, I enjoyed getting out of shape, so I might as well enjoy getting back into shape.
