back, this is a journey for a lifetime. Not a train where we can get on and off, when life changes. We must continue to the end of the journey to be successful in our weight goals. I don't want to have to lose and gain the same pounds over and over again. Stay for the long haul, you will be so happy like many of our Sparkers that you do.

Thanks! Yeah, I joined Sept. 2012 but in Dec. MIL broke her hip then in Feb she had heart issues, so I pretty much stopped SP. She has received a pacemaker some adjustments to medication and is doing great. I thought it would be good for me to come back and take care of what I need to. I gained my weight back as well. So... back onto my journey. Looking forward to chats and friendships. Thanks again. Beni

HI welcome, I've been a member for a few years now left came back twice lost a few pounds an gained it back. I can tell you that the friendliness of the sparks family keeps bringing me back and gets me more motivated.
