i lost 44 pounds by giving up sugar and grain products at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds by walking 15000 steps a day at age 64.

we have now kept the weight off for over a year.

My name is Sandy and I have high blood pressure. I am currently on 2 blood pressure pills and a water pill. If I lose 100 lbs maybe I can get off of both of them , I hope I can kick the habit and am so glad to have people who understand what I am talking about

there is light in the dark and hope for the believer and failing once shows you are only human and trying again shows you are determined
