I am 69 years young. The best thing to do is to use your tracker so you know just what you have been eating. I tried all kinds of diets, W/W and. Diet workshop but this place has been the best. I was on medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. Now no more meds. I had back surgery and it left me with some numbness and some pain.
Set up your tracker and weigh and measure your foods. Read about nutrition and the really big one is to get moving. Walk, walk, walk and you can get to where you want to be. Pat in Maine.

hi i am 50 old woman i have been over weight for 30 years now. at my heaviest i weighed 221, six yrs ago i hurt my back at work, i have lost some weight do to pain and surgeries, i am down to 177, but i go from 175 to 185 but here this past 2 weeks i have made a change joined a gym and really am determined to lose i need help with good common sense diets that really are easy and good. any help i would love to get thanks
