It is a good idea to let Sparks set up a nutrition plan for you. Their advice is almost always not to eat less that 1200 calories a day. Your body thinks it is in starvation mode and your metabolism slows down! Not what you want! Tracking every mouthful for a while will give you a good idea of where you need to cut back, but it is easy to have too large a portion unless you weigh things for a while. You can do it. Welcome and utilize all the tools you can on this site. Use tracking food and exercise and when they suggest what to eat and how much pay attention. Spark is the best teacher I know for weight loss success.
