Hello Evelyn! I am also a 65+ lady. 2 years ago I lost 50 lbs and so can you! Last year I gained 25 back, but am within 8 lbs of being back to my healthy weight. I live about an hour from you, near Williston, how's that for coincidence?

My advice, should you want it, is to track your food, start moving (walking or whatever you enjoy) and read the nutrition articles on Spark. Also keep posting!
