You really do have to commit to something....you say you love to walk, then do it 30 minutes 3 times a week, building to more! Got a dog? Take it for a walk. The dog will get used to it, and nag you to go! Good dog! hahaha

glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. It's hard to change the way we live, eat and move, but unless we do, it will be forever lose a pound, gain a pound. Losing the same pounds over and over again. It's a decision that we all must make for ourselves. Stay on the journey! The end will be wonderful.
