You came to the right place to acheive.

You really do have to commit to something....you say you love to walk, then do it 30 minutes 3 times a week, building to more! Got a dog? Take it for a walk. The dog will get used to it, and nag you to go! Good dog! hahaha

i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day.

Losing the same pounds over and over again. It's a decision that we all must make for ourselves. Stay on the journey! The end will be wonderful.
