50+year old male with several medical issues.....need to lose about 50 lbs to hopefully aliviate some of these problems....can a support group really jump start this process.....exercise must be somewhat limited (reconstructed foot, colonostomy and illostomy bags )but bike rideing and machine type workouts are ok.......
