I also love to cook and eat. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do. With Sparkpeople I am able to track my nutrition and my workouts. Also with spark recipes I am able to find good nutritious recipes.

tracking is the only way for me. It I don't write it down/or use the Sparks tracker, it does not work for me. At the end of each day I have to see what I have eaten, good or bad. Glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Here I go again looking to live longer and healthier and change my way of eating etc. my problem I love to cook and eat and don't realize how much or what I eat. so I guess I will try to track it. did u ever keep trying and failing but keep looking for an answers. For the Grace of God I am going to do my best and live my retirment in better health.
