Hi Lisa, Welcome. I find the nutrition tracker useful. It helps me slow down after I hit my target calorie goal. I do sometimes try the exercises, the videos are good. My weight is going in the wrong direction which may be another minus to my new med. I hope you have your meds ironed out. I just started Clonidine on Wednesday and it makes me so tired I cannot function for several hours. I am going to find out if I can just take it in the evening so I can have a normal life. I had BP of 140/80 but I think 89/56 must be too low for me. Best of luck to you. Lola

Glad you are joining us on this journey to a healthy lifestyle. Losing weight will certain aid in reducing your BP meds, I am down to one small one and no diabetic meds. I could not believe that losing weight could help my health, but even my blood tests are coming back normal to near normal. Can't wait to hear and see your results. Hi, I'm Lisa and a m new to this group. I've been a member of Spark for a few months, but have not taken advantage of all the features and trying to be better about that so I can be more successful in my weight loss journey. I am currently on 2 HBP meds and am hoping that maybe sometime along I can go back to being on only 1 or none. Looking for some help as I have been struggling and it has been very slow making any progress in losing lately. Seems though it's gotten harder being in my 50s....
