In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

Hi, I'm Janet 51 year old single woman. I have traveled a lot in my life and even lived in Russia for several years. I am now spinning my wheels in the corporate world. I teach an aqua boot camp class several times a week which I love. Getting paid (even a little) to work our and challenge others! I can be outgoing when I want to, but am really a closet introvert. I find it difficult to express my feelings and writing this stuff is really a step outside my comfort zone, but I'm taking the plunge. I do have a lot of weight to lose, but my short term goal is 50 pounds. I guess, 50 pounds at a time...that sounds like a big goal.
I would like an accountability partner to learn how to make the use of this tool together, and maybe someone I can just process life with.
There, I really feel very vulnerable if I actually post this message, but I know I need to do something and make some connections.
