I will be 60 this August. Over my lifetime I have gained and lost hundreds, many hundreds, of pounds. I do not want to do THAT again, but I need to do something. My body is starting to tell me - you are hurting me. I have been getting messages from God too, it is time to get this weight off my daughter. So, here I go - again . . .
