Start using the food tracker to see how much you really eat. Track your Sodium & Potassium levels- it will help you understand which foods are high in Sodium and elevate your BP. When I was 277lbs and was put on medication my BP rocketed to 220/180! I wonder how I didn't get a stroke!
A year later, 45lbs lighter, much better educated in food choices, aware of nutrition on a whole new level, exercising and ...my average BP is 120/70.
Btw, I have already reduced my medication from 15 to 10mg a day and my doctor said if I keep losing I will most probably get rid of it completely!
You can do it! Just DON'T GIVE UP!!! You will definitely find what works for you!
