i have not gained a pound in over a year.

i gave up sugar and grain products and lost 44 pounds at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day and has not gained a pound back either in over a year

plenty of veggies. broclli,cauliflower, carrots

Hi VCASSABERRY -- welcome to the High Blood Pressure team! I'm not too sure what you're actually asking in terms of what to eat instead of grains -- could you tell us a bit more about yourself and what your goals are, as well as your plan for achieving them?

I need help with what to eat instead of grains. I started to exercise reguarly and got off 2 of my pills.
