Marsha this is a great site and yes to hold yourself accounable is a good way to put it. I too am on high blood pressure and lost weight got off some of the meds then thought I didn't need this site but I am back again I put on 30 of those lbs and on some meds again but losing the weight and getting more exercise and after a 2 months can see some results one of my meds just got cut in half for the dosage eventually I will be off of it. you can do it use the tracker for food and exercise you will see the difference when you have to account for what you eat especiallly you really decide what is good and what is bad for you. best of luck and Welcome

Hello my name is Marsha. I guess I signed up to hold myself accountable for my goals. I have high blood pressure and would like to get weight off so that I can come off my medicine. I have tried other things but they don't seem to work. I am thankful for any advice and any tips and help.
