my sister lost 105 pounds walking 15000 steps a day at age 63.

i lost 44 pounds by giving up sugar and grain products at age 61.

Hello I have a weight release( I learned that phrase at weight watchers) goal of 35 lbs of which 15 of those lbs were regained over the holiday season and into winter. Why is it so easy to put on the lbs on but so hard to take them off? Today I have a goal date of June 1st to eliminate this unwanted baggage. I'm truly frustrated and cannot figure out why my brain keeps telling me I want something to eat when my stomach seems completely satisfied. Where is that magic pill to stop this hideousness?
