Don't you miss chocolate? I think I would. I am new to this website. I do know that I want to lose weight for my health. I spent the weekend with my parents and had a long talk with my mom. She lost 56+ pounds and feels great. I want that same feeling. I know I can do it. I just need to put my mind to it.

i did that till about a year ago.

my sister lost 105 pounds walking 15000 steps a day at age 63.

i lost 44 pounds by giving up sugar and grain products at age 61.

haven't gained a pound since giving up grain and sugar.
