Welcome back to Spark People, and to the HBP team! Seven pounds is a significant weight loss -- stick with it, and don't be discouraged. It would be great if we could just shed all our extra weight in a short time, but in the long run losing slowly is more likely to last. Drinking lots of water seems to make a big difference to what my weight does -- I always thought I was getting plenty of water as part of the Diet Coke I was drinking, but apparently it really isn't the same (the experts are apparently right after all, LOL). Great job with the jogging and daily tracking --
