Be realistic in your goals I am 6 months your senior 58 last month and it does not get easier to lose as we gain years but you have a target. Cruise in May 3 months Chase 10 lbs loss. Measure all your food (with scales not eyes) drink plenty water and exercise a bit.
I gave myself 12 lbs target after last doc visit for bp check by next and I am 7lbs down the line with 6 weeks to go.
It is the most consistent I have been on loss for a long time and I had xmas and new year and a birthday tea in there.
