Since I joined Sparkpeople years ago, I managed to get off 50 lbs. and have kept it off. You WILL do it.....but you must commit to coming here every day, tracking your foods, and exercising. Don't be in a hurry, slow is better.....everything good takes time!

Hi all. I'm hoping to lose 50 pounds. I've tried and tried but cannot seem to do it. I need help. I need to get off of blood pressure meds after 10 years. I'm looking forward to this working!
