i gave up sugar and grain products and lost 44 pounds at age 61.
my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day and has not gained a pound back either in over a year

Well.... I thought that I had already joined this team but....... I don't know if it was a SP hiccup or me Never the less I got a SP mail from our new team leader and she really ispired me to be a bigger part of this team. My name is Faith I am 57 year's old with lot's of health problem's. A new change of lifestyle can change or at least make these better for me. Faith
