Ok, just happened on this site and thought I'd give it a try. I like all the different options with tracking food, and really hoping this will help keep me on track. So far, not doing so good,but its day 1 and I'm staying positive. I wish I'd found this before I joined Medical Weight Loss! Any suggestions would be helpful.
