Welcome, Fallon ! A good start is to use the nutrition tracker, entering everything you eat daily, which will help you with not only calories but also in terms of balancing out the nutrients in your diet. Most things -- or something that is very similar to what you're looking up -- can be found using the "search" feature in the tracker, and you can save things that you often eat to a "favorites" list to save time when tracking in the future. There are also lots of great articles here on developing healthier eating and exercise habits, and plenty of recipes on Spark Recipes.
Best wishes for achieving your goals !

In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian
