A good start is to use the nutrition tracker, entering everything you eat daily, which will help you with not only calories but also in terms of balancing out the nutrients in your diet. Most things -- or something that is very similar to what you're looking up -- can be found using the "search" feature in the tracker, and you can save things that you often eat to a "favorites" list to save time when tracking in the future. There are also lots of great articles here on developing healthier eating and exercise habits, and plenty of recipes on Spark Recipes.
