I try not to think "diet" but just try to reduce certain foods that I know aren't good for me. Sodium, simple carbs, fats etc... And eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day instead of 1 or 2 HUGE meals.

You know it's a daily struggle for me to stay on a diet. I have the best intention but I just don't make it, I signed up for a 5k in April to keep me motivated. I really need some hard support I hope I'm on the right track
