Don't aim at 100+ lbs That's 'like trying to climb Everest in ballet shoes. Set yourself a much smaller goal quickly attainable goals. Say 10lbs by end of February. Get that target or surpass it and you will be inspired to ditch the next block of weight.

Just found this site and am excited to get started and yet overwhelmed looking at the 100+ pounds to go from here! Seems crazy but hey, I got here 1 pound at a time, and I can take it off 1 pound at a time as well.
