58 last Sunday. I have tried a Take a chair exercise class not because I have any disabilities but because my friend who does attends one. I thought it would be a dawdle!!!!! I could hardly move for 2 days after the first time.
I too have HBP and am on medication for it. I am trying to reduce salt but it isn't so easy when you look at what is contained even in fresh products, though I have almost stopped adding it at the table. My Bp is hereditary though I did not also get the cholesterol problem.
Portion control is a great help and eating slowly is another.
Don't cut out all your favourites just make the portions more reasonable and remember to weigh what you are having.
