my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.
i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..
i walk 15000 steps a day.
i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.
i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

Hi there! I am a mother of 2 children, a girl who is almost 8 and a boy who just turned 5! I have strugled all my life with my weight! I am wanting to loose enough to make me healthy again! I don't want to be my mother who is 60 and is having trouble walking and breathing! I also want to be able to play with my kids for a long time! Any support is what I need! The more the merrier! My husband of 11 years has type 1 diabetes so me eating better allows him to eat better! I am a farmer so have a hard time cutting out meat! And if I don't hace to the better!
