Hi, I am Stacy...a mom, wife, Nana, and a nurse. You would think I would know how to take care of my health, but I have realized that I'm not getting any younger, my knees hurt and I keep wearing the same 4 uniforms over and over(just cause I refuse to buy anymore until I am under control!!)
