"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
-General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

Hi Stacy -- welcome to Spark People and to the HBP team! You've found a great place for help in achieving your goals, there is a lot of information, plenty of tools, and a very supportive community here. Be sure to check under the "healthy lifestyle" tab above for helpful articles, and using the nutrition and fitness trackers can first help you discover where you need improvement and then help you make those improvements. Take one day at a time and don't try to change everything all at once --
